Being a team player…

Two quick postcards… just to keep you in the game and staying sharp!

Deadline for relevancy and timeliness:  June 15, 2017

Mr. Trump has ordered a review of national monuments created over the past 20 years with the goal of rescinding or resizing some of them – part of his plan to shrink their boundaries and open them to drilling, mining and industrialization. Blech… Our country needs greater preservation of national lands, not less.

These two people need postcards:

Last week, the Senate confirmed the new Deputy Attorney General.  Because Attorney General Jeff Sessions was forced to recuse himself from any investigations of Russiagate, this new fellow will be the one to decide whether or not there is an independent investigation of the Trump campaign’s connections with and possible collusion with Russia.   He needs a postcard so he’s ready for the Resistance!

And now here’s a picture of strawberry-rhubarb jam I made this weekend.  Just to prove that being a Resister does not mean you have to give up all sources of joy and live in a cloud of gloom and despair.

There IS room in your life for the Resistance and the Home Arts!  There is!IMG_6110[1]
